Women Presidents’ Organization
Allison Darling was selected to launch and facilitate the Kansas City chapter of Women Presidents’ Organization–WPO’s 80th chapter. WPO is a nonprofit membership organization for women presidents of multimillion dollar organizations.

Avila University–Avila and GoalGETTERS have partnered on a number of projects. The GoalGETTER® Leadership Development process has been utilized with Avila’s corporate clients. Allison Darling, serving as an MSOD adjunct professor, developed the popular weekend course “Fail-Safe Leadership.” Finally, Avila and ManagementConcepts recently partnered to provide an organizational development intervention, funded by workforce development dollars, to a local long term care facility.

Overland Park Chamber of Commerce–Not only is GoalGETTERS housed in the Chamber Foundation Building, Allison Darling is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Overland Park, Member of the Board of Directors, and serves on the Government Affairs Task Force…helping the Chamber monitor and set business friendly policy. Allison has presented numerous SuccessSeminars to Chamber members and provides service discounts to Chamber members.
