Having grown the business primarily through referrals, our President and founder, Allison Darling, spent a lot of time networking in the community. “I began to get requests to bring the same powerful processes to entrepreneurs and individuals I met.” However, smaller organizations had limited budgets and less people to work with which made the solution out of reach for many entrepreneurs and individual sales professionals.
Allison had often envisioned combining the strengths of business coaching/accountability and peer/mentor relationships with powerful leadership and business development processes. After 10 years in the middle markets, we realized this dream. In April of 2004, we unveiled the GoalGETTERS® Achievement Processes, ManagementConcepts‘ branded version of the time-tested corporate improvement solutions. It wasn’t long before others, seeing the value of such a formula, began to mirror the format…fortunately, only ManagementConcepts’ proprietary process utilizes a time-tested strategy for ongoing, sustainable change in attitudes, behavior and results unmatched by others.
Investment includes
- One-on-one coaching/goal setting session(s) with Client to tailor development process to best meet individual/organizational objectives
- Text in written and audio format, personal action plan workbook, and additional exercises and handouts as appropriate
- Pre- and post-course profile/assessment instruments based on development goals
- Group Kick-Off/Orientation
- TEN weekly, coach-facilitated, peer-group, goal achievement workshops (two review weeks built in to accommodate unavoidable schedule conflicts)
- Research required to provide answers to specific situations that arise during the course of the process
- Unlimited telephone/e-mail access to coach throughout the process
- MONTHLY group reinforcement sessions through the twelfth month following Kick Off/Orientation OR two on-site, group reinforcement sessions with content and format tailored toward specific development needs.
- Additional Reinforcement and/or one on one coaching available under separate agreement.
NOTE: Progress updates with participants’ direct supervisor and/or other designated parties can be designed into the process
