Having grown the business primarily through referrals, President and founder, Allison Darling, spent a lot of time networking. “I began to get requests to bring the same powerful processes to entrepreneurs, small business owners and other success-driven individuals I met.” However, these individuals and smaller businesses usually had limited budgets and less people to work with which made the solution out of reach for many.

Allison had often envisioned combining the strengths of business coaching/accountability and peer/mentor relationships with powerful leadership and business development processes. After 10 years in the middle markets, she realized this dream.
